We are inviting mums and mums-to-be along CBS to enjoy a relaxed environment with their baby at our 'Let's Glow' coffee morning for a discounted price this week.

We'll be celebrating our togetherness and the peace we live amongst with super happy songs and dancing!

Fallen heroes will be celebrated with each baby in a superhero costume for a group photo which will be personalised and sent to each parent.

Finish Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week with a lesson in mindfulness from a certified Mindfulness Practitioner. 

💫Includes drink of your choice.

The leading causes of maternal stress include overstimulation, a sense of a loss of identity, burnout and mum guilt. 


Practicing mindfulness for just a few minutes per day can reduce the symptoms of the above.

This introductory session aims to equip you with the basic yet effective practices of mindfulness needed to elevate stress and allow you to be fully present with your baby. 

Duration: 60 mins 

Also available to book week-by-week and if you miss a session for any reason, you can just hop onto the next course to cover that week's content at no extra cost ♥️

- Bonding, attachment & touch

- Baby anatomy, growth & developmental milestones 

- Colic & digestive tract techniques
- Massage strokes 

WEEK 3 - 21/05/2025
- Review and recap of weeks 1 and 2 
- Chest & lungs massage techniques 
- Limbs; muscle stretching & soothing techniques 
- Consolidation of weeks 1-3 massage strokes 

WEEK 4 - 28/05/2025
- Back massage techniques 
- Full body massage 
- Consolidation of learning 
- Certificate
- Baby Tribe baby spa experience
