Baby Massage Course December 2025

Available from birth, recommended up to 8 months.

Course contents: 

WEEK 1 - 03/12/2025 @ 10.00
- Brief history of baby massage

- The benefits of baby massage 

- Keeping it safe; the do's and don'ts
- Massage oils

- Intro to massage strokes 
- Tummy time information, advice & guidance 
* Includes baby massage starter kit: 1 x Baby Tribe towel, 1 x bottle of baby massage oil & 1 x lavender candle 1 x organza bag of dry lavender 

WEEK 2 - 10/12/2025 @ 2pm
- Bonding, attachment & touch

- Baby anatomy, growth & developmental milestones 

- Colic & digestive tract techniques
- Massage strokes 

WEEK 3 - 17/12/2025 @ 9.45 (75 mins) 
- Review and recap of weeks 1 and 2
- Full body massage 

- Consolidation of learning 
- Certificate and graduation cap & gown  
- Baby Tribe baby spa experience 

*includes use of 1 x Baby Tribe robe, 1 x Baby Tribe head towel, 1 x avocado face treatment, take home relaxation gift for caregiver 

Week 3 will be an extended session to incorporate the spa experience and graduation.
