This is a time for you to reconnect with yourself and nourish the areas of your mind that are often neglected due to prioritising your baby / children.
The leading causes of maternal stress include overstimulation, a sense of a loss of identity, burnout and mum guilt.
Practicing mindfulness for just a few minutes per day can reduce the symptoms of the above.
Sessions aim to equip you with the basic yet effective practices of mindfulness needed to alleviate stress and allow you to be fully present with your baby.
Baby Tribe Mindfulness coaching sessions are delivered by a qualified Mindfulness Practitioner.
